Voicemail

Call Waiting

Call waiting allows you to put an ongoing call on hold while you take an incoming call.

To Activate Call Waiting:
You will hear a beep when a second call is trying to reach you. Press SND – your 1st call will be put on hold and you will be connected to the 2nd caller. Airtime for both calls will be charged from that point on. Alternate between callers by pressing SND.

Call Forwarding

Call forwarding allows you to redirect your incoming calls to another answering point, such as your home, office or voicemail.

To activate anywhere except voicemail:
(*) (7) (2) (#) + the number to which you want to forward your calls (SND). You will hear a confirmation tone.

To activate to voicemail:
(*) (7) (2) (#) (#) + your cell number including area code (#) (SND). You will hear a confirmation tone.

To deactivate:
(*) (7) (2) (0) (SND). You will hear a dial tone to confirm the deactivation.

Call Forward Busy:
Allows you to redirect your incoming calls to a specific number when you are on your cellphone.

To activate anywhere except voicemail:
(*) (9) (0) (#) + the number to which you want to forward your calls (SND). You will hear a confirmation tone.

To deactivate:
(*) (9) (0) (0) (SND). You will hear a dial tone to confirm the deactivation.

Unavailable means the MS is not registered anywhere in the network.

Call Forward – Busy will not be encountered if Call Waiting is also provisioned/”Allowed”.

CF-Busy will not be encountered if Call Waiting is also provisioned/”Allowed”.

Three-Way Calling

Three-Way Calling allows you to add a third part to a call already in progress.

To activate:
When you are on your 1st call, press SND to put the party on hold. Dial the number of the 2nd party and press SND. You will be able to speak privately to that person when he/she answers. If the second party does not answer, press END and then SND to reconnect the 1st party. Press SND to connect all 3 of you together.

To deactivate:
When you are finished your call, press SND to disconnect the second party or END to disconnect both parties.

Call Forward Busy and Call Waiting cannot co-exist. Only one of the two can be selected.

Each time you activate & deactivate Call Forward, Call Forward Busy or Call Forward No Answer, one minute usage is recorded.
