Dial Up Password Problems
If you are having problems connecting to your Dial Up or E-mail and are getting an “incorrect username or password” type error, please keep the following in mind:
Dial Up Customers:
Your username in your connection settings should be in this format: username
E-mail:
The username set in your e-mail program should only have your username, do not include “@drytel.net”
If you continue to have problems with your username or password, please contact Technical Support via phone at 221-2100 (CALL DMTS) or via contact form.
