iMac Internet Setup Assistant
Step 1. Assistants folder
Locate the Assistants folder on your hard drive, open it, and double-click on the Internet Setup Assistant icon.

At the query Would you like to setup your iMac to use the Internet?, click on the Yes button.

Step 4. Introduction: This window will suggest various configuration settings that you will need from us. Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 5. Configuration name and connection type.
For the configuration name, enter drytel into the text field box.
Ensure that Modem is selected in the How will you be connecting to the Internet.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 6. Modem settings should show:
Modem: iMac Internal 56k
Port: Internal Modem
Select Tone
Click on the right arrow icon to continue

Step 7. Configuration information.
Enter the local DMTS dial-up telephone # (221-3638) in the first field.
Enter your DMTS Internet Services user name in the second field.
Enter your DMTS Internet Services password in the third field.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 8. PPP Connect Script.
DMTS Internet Services does not use scripting, so choose 'No'.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 9. IP Address.
Unless you have purchased a static (business-grade) IP address, your account is assigned a dynamic address each time you call.
Choose No.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 10. Domain Name Servers
For the DNS addresses, enter:
64.202.144.72
64.202.144.73
Enter drytel.net in the Domain Name field.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 14. Proxy Servers
Choose No for no proxy servers.
Click on the right arrow icon to continue.

Step 15. Conclusion
If you have a separate phone line for the computer, make sure the 'Connect when finished' check box is marked, then click on the 'Go Ahead' button to get connected.
To connect at any other time, you may use either the Remote Access section of the Control Strip or you can use the Remote Access Control Panel.
Click on the Go Ahead button to continue.
Now your connection is configured and ready to go.
