Creating Email Messages in Outlook 2002
Although there are many programs available to send and receive email messages, they all follow the same basic principles. On this page we will walk through the steps for creating an email message in Microsoft’s Outlook 2002 program.
Assuming you configured your email when you setup your DMTS Internet Services account, we have included information that will explain various parts of the email program.

From the Windows desktop, click on the Microsoft Outlook icon.

Click on the New button.

As shown above, you will see the Untitled – Message (HTML) screen display.

Click in the To… field area and type in the intended recipient’s email address.
The Cc… field is for sending a carbon copy (duplicate) of the message.
Enter the message title in the Subject: field.
Enter your message in the lower portion of the New Message screen.
Click on the Send button after you have finished composing your message.
This will send the message to all the addresses you entered in the To… and Cc… fields.
