Outlook Express Setup

Double-click the Outlook Express icon (usually located on the Windows desktop)

To configure Outlook Express, click on Tools and then choose Accounts

Click on the Mail tab. Click Add and then click Mail

Enter the name that you wish to appear in the From: field Click Next to continue...

Choose POP3 as the server type.<br />Enter the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail as shown in the above example.<br />Click Next to continue..

Enter the POP account name<br />Enter the Password<br />Click Next to continue..

Click Finish it will then bring you back to the internet accounts screen. Then click the properties button and a screen with 5 tabs labeled: General, Servers, Connection, Security , and Advanced will come up.<br />You will be on the General tab.

Make sure include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing is enabled.<br />Next click on the Servers Tab

Make sure that you have Outgoing Server requires authentication enabled.<br />Finally click on the Advanced Tab

You will then change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port to 587 from 25. Then click on Apply and OK and your account is configured and ready to use.
