Try the following steps if you are having trouble sending and/or receiving email :
- Ensure you are connected to the Internet. This is usually indicated by a picture of two small computers at the bottom-right-hand corner of your screen. If the computers are present, open your browser and verify that you can browse web pages. If you’re running antivirus software, ensure that email scanning is disabled. Restart your computer and try again.
- Confirm your User ID and Password are correct
- Check the configuration of your email program
For help setting up email programs like Outlook, Netscape, and Eudora, type the program name in the “Question” field and click “Submit.”
