If your connection to the internet is dropping after you send and receive email in Outlook Express, follow these steps.

1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on Tools.
3. Click on Options.
4. Click on the Connections tab.
5. Remove the check mark beside Hang Up After Sending And Receiving.
6. Click OK.
