New Customers
Applications must be completed and signed at 30 Van Horne Ave. For more information, call a Customer Service Representative.
Deposits
New customers or customers reestablishing service may be asked for a deposit. (Deposits are based on local service and long distance charges.)
Deposit Refund
Deposits are refunded with interest on establishment of a payment history with DMTS, or once service is disconnected. Your deposit and interest will be applied to your account.
Service Connection Charge
A service connection charge applies to a new service installation or line connection and, most changes to your telephone service. A Customer Service Representative can advise you of the applicable service charges.
No Charge to Disconnect
The minimum connection period is one month. Call Customer Service to disconnect your service free of charge.

DMTS provides several convenient and easy ways for you to pay your bill.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
Your monthly payment is automatically withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card. Request forms are available at DMTS.
By Mail
Mail cheque payable to DMTS along with your bill stub to:

Night Deposit
A night deposit is available at City Hall. Please do not deposit CASH, DMTS is not liable for loss of cash.
NSF Charge
DMTS will apply a charge of $25 to offset the cost of processing any payment and/or cheque, returned or rejected by a financial institution or credit card company.
