2 A one time setup fee of $29.95 applies for activation of DSL, additional multi element service charges apply to installations of Raw DSL (DSL not associated with an active telephone line) for connections made in our central office, or if customer requests wiring changes or additional jacks installed within their premises in addition to a DSL activation. Further details and an estimate of additional service charges (if any) can be provided by DMTS customer service.
3 Basic modem rental is included with all packages (modem must be returned upon disconnection), DSL does not interfere with your telephone line, you can talk and surf the NET at the same time. Service packages, monthly recurring rates and additional information appear below.
4 Your promotion consists of a monthly credit off the current price. The current price is subject to increase during your subscription. If the current price increases your monthly price will increase but you will continue to receive your monthly credit during the promotion. Pricing is based on continued subscription to: DMTS Internet service at $79.95/mo. , less $21 credit for 12 months. Modem rental provided and must be returned upon deactivation. Any change made to services may result in the loss of credits or promotions, as eligibility conditions may vary.
